Before your appointment

• Please come to your appointment with clean + washed hair

• If you are getting on-scalp bleach please come with day old washed hair

• Clients that have blonde/bleached hair: No use of purple/blue shampoo at least (1) month prior to your appointment

• Clients that are receiving a haircut: Please have hair in its natural state (no products in hair)

• Clients that have textured hair: Please come with 1-2 day old hair (no products in hair)

when you arrive TO your appointment

• Parking payments are cash only

• Parking attendants will be able to assist on the right side of the building. No big bills, and smaller amounts of cash is needed.

• When you arrive in the lobby, please text that you have arrived. We will come out and bring you in the salon

• Bathroom is located on the same floor (please ask for the key to access the doors)

During your appointment

• We will be going over the service (10-15 minutes) and making sure that we know the current state of your hair

• All hair is different and unique. Know that the goal is to get to your desired look and it may take more than one session

• All appointments come with a shampoo wash + style

• Depending on your service, you may be in our chair for a while. Bring some snacks or we have some for you too!

AFTER your appointment

• Depending on the service that you have received, you will be guided on how to care for your new look

• Color Serviced Clients: Please do not wash your hair less than 48-hours.

• Color Serviced Clients: For your first wash, please use a deep-conditioning treatment or mask (If you do not have one, we are able to recommend the best one to use curated to the look that you have)
